AS ONE HOP SCREAMS is a free short story available via a QR code which appear on the been cans of ONE HOP SCREAMING, a single hop IPA beer brewed by Counterpoint Brewing in Kitchener, ON Canada in collaboration with author Mark Leslie for the October 2024 release of his book ONE HAND SCREAMING: 20 HAUNTING YEARS.
All of his life Ben has dreamed about opening up a brewery and serving a beer he can be proud of to his fellow beer nerds.
And opening day looks like it will be a roaring success, despite the betrayal of the partners he started the brewery with.
Until Ben’s anxiety kicks in, resulting in trembling hands, sometimes seeing things that might not be there, and hearing the whispers of a faint shrieking sound emanating from the depths of the brewery.
