Author Description Melanie R. Meadors is a children's library assistant and book historian by day and a queer gothic romance author and bookbinder by night, under the name Huxley Ravenwood. She has edited several anthologies, including HATH NO FURY, KNAVES, and MECH: AGE OF STEEL, and her own fiction has appeared in anthologies and literary magazines. When she isn't reading, writing, or sewing vintage-style clothing, she's coming up with fun programming ideas for kids. Melanie received her master's in public history from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and her bachelor's in geography from Worcester State University. She lives with her family in central Massachusetts.
